We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to oversee daily operations of our radiation oncology department. This leadership role involves managing patient flow, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing clinic efficiency.
The Clinical Coordinator will supervise radiation therapists and support staff, manage scheduling and resource allocation, implement process improvements, and serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams. You will play a key role in maintaining high patient satisfaction and operational excellence.
Our clinic is part of a large naval medical center treating 40+ patients daily with advanced technologies. This position offers excellent benefits and the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care delivery in a mission-focused environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in radiation oncology or oncology setting
• Previous supervisory or management experience required
• Strong understanding of radiation therapy workflows
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (TJC, ACR, state regulations)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proficiency in EMR systems (ARIA, Mosaiq preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• No security clearance required
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
